The Winnipeg Gryphons are the 2010 entry and representative from Manitoba. The Gryphons participate in the Red River Lacrosse Association League and finished the 2010 regular season with a 9-1-1 record. They are the 2009 defending provincial champions and attending the Founders Cup in Edmonton the same year.
