As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a "best in class" tournament experience, we are pleased to announce the offering of a daily Sports Injury Clinic at MasterCard Centre.
Dean Grima, Principal from Para Mass will provide the following services to players, and tournament officials who may be dealing with nagging injuries as play progresses throughout the week:
- Sports Injury Rehabilitation
- Massage Therapy
- Acupuncture
- Laser Therapy
- Electrotherapy
- Sports Taping
The Founders Cup Sports Injury Clinic Hours of Operation at the MasterCard Centre will be as follows:
- Tues Aug 17th - 9am to 11am and 1:30pm to 3:00pm
- Wed Aug 18th - 9am to 1pm
- Thur Aug 19th - 2pm to 6pm
- Fri Aug 20th - 9am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm
- Sat Aug 21st - 10am to 1pm

Dean is a Registered Massage Therapist who has been a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario (CMTO) since 2002 and is also certified in Acupuncture. After graduating form Kikkawa College ICT with honours in the Massage Therapy Program, Dean was an instructor at the college teaching clinical and assessment skills, anatomy and was also a student clinic supervisor. Dean also works with various sports teams as a Head Therapist since becoming a Massage Therapist. As well as being a Registered Massage Therapist, Dean is also a full time Paramedic certified in Semi-Automatic External Defibrillation (SAED), symptom relief drugs, International Trauma Life Support and CBRN trained.
